hanks to our farmer's corner project here at Piz Galin, people often define us as the "holiday farm-hotel".
Just like our grandparents, we make homemade butter, yoghurt, sambuco syrup, more than 13 types of jams, bread, raspberry and blueberry juice. We are always looking for local organic produce because at Piz Galin, the cooking is closely linked to the Trentino land. Your holiday in the Dolomites will not only feel well but also taste nice! 

For children, we like simple, wholesome and nutritious flavours...one menu is dedicated entirely to our little guests.

for babies : For babies being weaned, there is a small kitchen available to mums at all hours. There they will find a fresh vegetable broth of the day, various types of small pasta and the main flavours of baby food meat.
