Booking, rates, and cancellation

What's the best time to book a family hotel in Andalo with children?

Our rates are dynamic: the earlier you book, the more you save. For July-August and for Christmas/New Year, we recommend booking your room 8-10 months in advance; waiting until autumn means finding less availability and prices already at their maximum levels. For summer in June or September, 6-7 months in advance is usually enough.

Can I reserve the room with a deposit and pay the balance before departure?

Yes. We ask for a 30% deposit within 24 hours of booking (faster for last-minute bookings). The balance is conveniently paid on the last day before departure; extras (spa, rentals, bar) are paid together with the final bill.

Can I reserve the room with a deposit and pay the balance before departure?

Free cancellation up to 40 days before arrival (we only retain a €80 administration fee). From 40 to 11 days, the deposit is retained; less than 11 days, we charge 80% of the stay. You can activate the Travel Prevention Service when paying the deposit: with valid documentation, it refunds up to 90% of the penalties.

Are there special packages like "Baby Free Weeks" or "Early Bird" offers?

Yes: “7 = 6” weeks or “Free Child” (free for children up to 6 years old) during low season periods; Early Bird discounts up to 10% with confirmation 60 days in advance; in winter, Family Ski Weeks with discounted skipass and group lessons for children.
