THE VACATION PACKAGE OF THE NEW PIZ GALIN HOLIDAY FOR WINTER 2013-2014 INCLUDES:

Bookings
Contact us by phone or email. We will need to know your name, phone number, email address, type of room, an indication of any extra beds and children's ages. Once we confirm the availability of the room type, we will reserve the room upon deposit of approximately 30% of the quoted price as confirmation of the reservation. The reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit within 3-4 days of the date on which you requested the booking of one or more rooms in your name. The deposit can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or money order.

Cancellations and insurance service
We advise our guests to purchase insurance, so as not to lose the deposit in cases specified in the policy. For information or to purchase insurance: http://www.assiglobal.org/cancellation/index.html
For anyone who has not purchased insurance, if the cancellation is made a maximum of 30 days before the arrival date, we can refund the deposit if it is possible to rebook the room for the entire period cancelled.
If the cancellation is made less than 30 days in advance, we will not be able to refund the deposit, nor will it be possible to change the dates.  

Number of rooms and details 
We can guarantee the room type chosen. Unfortunately, at the time of booking, we are not provide binding confirmation of the room number, the plan, the location and details of furniture found only in some rooms of a particular type. In case you want to be sure that your Junior Suite or Suite has a certain feature reported in the description of the room type after the words "Only in some", there is the "My Suite" package.

My Suite
To ensure that the Junior Suite or Suite which you will occupy has a specific feature reported in the description after the words "Only in some" (e.g. bathtub, bathroom with windows, 2 bathrooms,...), you can choose the My Suite package: with a supplement of 35.00 euro for one (1) feature per room per week, we will guarantee, after checking availability and structural characteristics, that you will have the room requested (with the "My Suite" package, we cannot guarantee a specific room number or the colour of a room).

Arrivals and Departures
On the day of arrival, the rooms are available to guests around 15:00. On the day of departure, guests are requested to vacate the rooms by 10.00

Meals not consumed
For meals not consumed there is no reduction

Non-smoking rooms
Smoking is prohibited in all our rooms

Payment
We accept payment by cash, checks, VISA, Mastercard, bank card.

Animals
We are not able to accept animals, even small ones
